  • Educational activity data: course enrollments, results, completed activities (assignments, quizzes, forum participation, etc.)

  • When creating the user account (registration form or institution's CAS authentication)
  • When using the sites (browsing, content submission, interactions with other users)
  • Through technical cookies necessary for the Moodle platform to function
  • Via contact or support forms available on the platform

The collected data is used to:

  • Enable the creation, management and security of user accounts
  • Ensure proper technical operation and security of the platform
  • Enable communication and collaboration between users
  • Respond to user assistance or support requests

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (European regulation 2016‑679‑EU of April 27, 2016), you have the following rights:

  • Rights of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data,
  • Right to restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • Right to withdraw your consent to processing for the future,
  • Under certain conditions, the right to object to processing necessary for the performance of a public service mission.
